Baseline expectation
Before launch, Marketlynk should define one minimum age for standard account use. The current draft recommends adult-only access for full marketplace and payment features unless a narrower, legally reviewed youth experience is intentionally built.
Restricted areas
- Purchases and payment activity.
- Shop creation, selling, and payouts.
- Advertisements and promotions.
- Driver onboarding and fulfillment access.
Enforcement
Marketlynk may request age confirmation, restrict access, or remove accounts where age misrepresentation or youth-safety risk is identified.
